Stacey,
You are one of my new heros...
I LOVE the Go Gratitude concept! I have been living it in my own way for a while. My license plate says BEGR8FL and a make a point to immerse myself in an attitude of gratitude! I have shared Go Gratitude with everyone I know....I'm committed...I'm riding the wave of change...and I'm loving it! I wrote the poem below back in 2005 about some of my thoughts regarding people joining together for great and positive change. Thought I'd share...hope you enjoy!
with peace, love and gra22d,
Cyndy
Peace is the Way
Peace is the way.
Love is the word.
By joining our spirits
success is assured.
Small meaningful changes
from conscious decisions
made by real people
creates truth out of visions.
We must have commitment
to the cause of our time.
We must alter our focus
for a new paradigm.
Start talking. Keep trying.
Find ways to be heard.
For peace is the way
and love is the word.

I woke up this morning and I had been struggling with feeling graditude. I woke up with an understanding of the root/resistance I had been experiencing all my life with letting go and trusting. I realized the root..with love and understanding and knew that I could step out into space and trust I would float. I stepped out into Gratitude..then I saw this poem on my e-mail. Amazing!

Am enjoying your gratitude experiment .... but how to reach you?? Have tried both emails to no avail. Are you there? Swamped? Procrastinating? Blissed Out??
